Base Plate EPDM

The Base Plate EPDM provides a reliable solution for optimum load distribution on flat roofs. It has a contact area of 200 x 200 mm and is made of aluminum sheet. Manufactured from high quality, UV-resistant EPDM material, it provides high stability and an increased coefficient of friction, which means less ballast is required. The aluminum Base Plate protects against corrosion and prolongs service life. As we do not use plasticizers, we are compatible with all common roofing membranes. The design allows the use of up to three additional Base Plates per rail, optimising load distribution. For an exact design, the coefficient of friction can be precisely determined using the FLA coefficient of friction measuring kit. In addition, an ergonomic installation in an upright position is convenient and safe. The Base Plate EPDM provides a long-lasting, safe and material-protecting solution for various roof types.
