The Base Plate HDPE light is a cost-effective addition for load distribution on flat roofs with a pitch of up to 5°. With a bearing surface of 200 x 200 mm, it supports the safe installation of PV systems, especially on softer roof structures. As it does not include a mounting plate, it is not suitable as a connecting element, but is ideal to increase the bearing surface. The lower weight and reduced material lead to cost savings - ideal for economically optimized mounting systems. The Base Plate is made of UV-resistant HDPE and is free from plasticizers, making it compatible with roofing membranes. Use up to three additional Base Plates per rail to improve load distribution.
