Delta-Plate

The Delta‑Plate is a precisely fitting, powder‑coated aluminum roof replacement panel with steel‑reinforced components. It replaces the corresponding roof tile without any cutting and provides a stable mounting base for SL Rack pitched‑roof products. The integrated bracket enables height adjustment to compensate for uneven roof surfaces. Direct load transfer to the support plates prevents additional stress on the surrounding roof tiles and on the surface of the replacement panel itself.
The flexible fastening concept allows installation either directly on the rafter or on the roof batten between rafters. The Delta‑Plate is available for numerous common tile models (including Frankfurter Pfanne, Erlus E58S, Erlus Forma, Erlus Reformpfanne XXL, Creaton MZ3 “new”, Beavertail, and many others). It supports both horizontal and vertical rail mounting via the SL Rack Clamp Combination and is fully compatible with all SL Rack pitched‑roof products.

The high‑quality powder coating – available in two colors (copper brown “brick red” and anthracite) – gives the replacement panel a premium finish that blends seamlessly into the existing roof surface. Thanks to its aluminum construction, the SL Rack replacement panel offers excellent resistance to weathering and provides a long‑lasting solution. The Delta‑Plate features the SL Rack standard Clamp Combination with building authority approval (abZ) and meets all requirements of the DDH 8.3 directive of the ZVDH (Central Association of the German Roofing Trade), ensuring maximum safety for installers and homeowners.
