The End Clamp XL with grounding is an optimised module fastening solution with an increased clamping surface for use on both pitched and flat roofs. It was specifically developed to meet the growing requirements of module manufacturers regarding clamping areas and clamping lengths. With a clamping length of 110 mm, the End Clamp XL offers maximum flexibility for a wide range of module types. When installed on flat roofs with SL Fast Flat, the extended clamping length improves load distribution throughout the module array. Depending on project-specific conditions, this can result in ballast savings of up to 50%. Manufactured from high-quality aluminium, the End Clamp XL is lightweight, durable, and weather-resistant. Its smooth-edged design minimises the risk of injury and simplifies top-down installation using just a single tool: Torx 40. The fully pre-assembled component, including an integrated grounding pin, is available in black anodized and mill finish aluminium versions.
