The Alpha-Plate is the innovative solution for PV racking systems on pitched roofs. As a roof replacement panel, it replaces almost any type of roof tile and reduces the number of roof connections by up to 60%. This not only saves costs, but also valuable installation time. Stability in extreme weather conditions is guaranteed with snow loads up to 1,500 kg. Simplified warehousing and the elimination of tile breakage are additional benefits. The minimum rafter width makes the panel versatile to use. The pre-assembled Clamp Combination allows the rail to be installed at an adjustable height and can be replaced with a vertical Clamp Combination if required. The hook-in system for the rail requires only one tool (Torx 40) and greatly simplifies installation. A riveted and sealed EPDM rubber sleeve and raised panel sides provide a reliable seal. Recesses in the corrugations create wind calming zones that allow water to drain effectively. With an integrated snow and ice deflector, the Alpha-Plate can be installed as a single- or cross-rail system. The hose clamp is included.
