The Fast Flat - Base Plate HDPE - 200 mm x 200 mm provides an ideal solution for load distribution on flat roofs with a slope of up to 5°, especially with soft insulation. The Base Plate has a bearing surface of 200 x 200 mm and weighs 0.42 kg. It is made of UV resistant HDPE for high stability. The absence of plasticizers makes it compatible with any standard roofing membrane. Up to three additional Base Plates can be installed per rail, which optimizes the load distribution. For an accurate design, the coefficient of friction can be precisely determined using the FLA Coefficient of Friction Measuring Kit. The Base Plate thus combines cost-effectiveness, safety and durability in one compact solution for solar installations on flat roofs.
